Terms and Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from Brew You. These short terms explain how ordering, payment and refunds work.

Ordering and payment

Place your order on our website, then pay the order total by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Send your payment screenshot and Order Number to our Instagram @brewyou. We start preparing your order once payment is confirmed.

Pickup and delivery

Choose Local Pickup or Delivery at checkout. For delivery, please give a full address and a phone number we can reach you on. Delivery times are estimates and can change during busy hours.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before we start preparing it by messaging us on Instagram @brewyou with your Order Number. Once your drinks or churros are being made, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Because our drinks and churros are made fresh, we cannot accept returns. If an item is missing, wrong or not up to standard, message us on Instagram @brewyou within 24 hours with your Order Number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it to the account you paid from.
